For the last decade hundreds of thousands of Asian bridegrooms living in the UK have invested their time and money with The Platinum Group through their event The National Asian Wedding Show.
Last year, The Platinum Group leveraged this audience reach by delivering season two of India Fashion Week London adjacent to the largest Asian wedding show in Europe. The result? Over 19,500 Asians in the UK came to experience east-west fusion at ExCel London over a 2-day period.
The marriage between these two industries presents a huge opportunity to any brand seeking to establish a foothold in the luxury premium market, fashion a £26 billion industry in the UK and the Asian wedding industry where the average British Asian spends over double the typical western wedding consumer.
With 2017 in sight, The Platinum Group expect the growth of this year’s show to exceed an increase of over 20%, resulting in a directly proportionate increase in interest for the participants. We are also excited to be moving location to Olympia London, which is easily accessible and closer to Central London.
Season three of India Fashion Week London will be held on the 9th to the 12th of November 2017. The celebration of Indian fashion will involve fringe events across London, from VIP jewellery launch events to well-known authors on Indian fashion hosting seminars on the various styles and trends seen on the catwalks. The main catwalk event and exhibition will take place at Olympia London from the 11th to 12th November 2017.
With India Fashion Week London next door to The National Asian Wedding Show, attendees will also receive complimentary access to the wedding show exhibition stands on the ground level.
